Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and JUSTHINK IT, LLC ("JUSTHINK IT," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Type Astra (the "Site"), available at typeastra.com. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Service

Type Astra is a free, browser-based typing arcade game. It runs entirely in your web browser; there is no account creation, and gameplay progress is stored only in your browser's local storage. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice and without liability to you.

2. Eligibility and Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the Site has no accounts, forms, or server-side data collection. 3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the Site; (c) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Site except as permitted by applicable law; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, graphics, code, and branding are owned by JUSTHINK IT, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All other rights are reserved.

5. Third-Party Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense and its advertising partners. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of third-party advertisements, or for the products, services, or websites they promote. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTHINK IT, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE THE SITE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO FIVE U.S. DOLLARS ($5.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JUSTHINK IT, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the last revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
